Asurion

Size:
120,000 SF

Locations:
Phoenix, Nashville, San Mateo

Asurion provides technology protection and support to the world’s largest wireless carriers, retailers and device manufacturers. The company hired Layton to build out and renovate office spaces in three different states.

Layton's first assignment was to complete Asurion's 80,000 SF high-tech call center in Phoenix within a near impossible 12-week deadline. Mission accomplished.

The call center accommodates over 770 workstations, 24 meeting rooms and 48 stations for support personnel. Multiple conference rooms, training rooms and space for IT are also included in the floor plan.

Layton also renovated the lobby of Asurion's headquarters in Nashville to reflect the company's tech focus. High end finishes and natural textures create an organic foundation while spotlights and geometric shapes add a tech vibe. The open lobby extends three floors, reflecting the company's size and scope.

In San Mateo, working with CBRE and Asurion, Layton completed the 30,000 SF improvement involving three floors in an existing building in the heart of the Bay Area.

  • Open office layout
  • Call centers
